Welcome to Rooted in Grace: Wellness. By accessing or using our website, rootedingracewellness.net, purchasing products, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. General Use of Site

This website provides handmade wellness products, including but not limited to candles, soaps, teas, tinctures, hygiene, and skincare items, as well as devotional and blog content. All content, including devotionals, is for informational and inspirational purposes only. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

• The FDA does not evaluate our herbal teas, tinctures, and remedies.
• These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Content on this site (including blog posts and devotionals) is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, or psychological advice.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.
• Orders are not considered final until payment has been received in full.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the U.S. only.
• Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors outside our control.
• Once items are shipped, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.

5. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are handmade and for personal use, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to health and safety concerns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kimberly@rootedingracewellness.net, so we can work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or store credit at our discretion).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including devotionals, blog posts, product descriptions, images, branding, and logos—are the property of Rooted in Grace: Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Newsletter & Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails about devotionals, promotions, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

We will not sell or share your email address with third parties without your consent.
